Transhield winter storage cover
Been seeing increased material costs for conventional shrink wrapping so I started looking at other options. Came across a product called Transhield.
https://www.amazon.com/Transhield-V-...=VEHICLE_COVER Price is right, especially if I can get 3 years or so out of it. Still need a support structure but easy enough to do. What I don't like is the apparent decreased slope for snow compared to most shrink wrapping. Anyone have experience with the product? I could also do a conventional tarp system but UV light would take its toll yearly and could be harsher on the gel.

No experience regarding use on a boat but I've used this material for outdoor storage of both large painted and gelcoat finished components at work. Product does well at protecting a finished surfaces, much better then a tarp or canvas material as the inner face has a non-woven finish vs. traditional shrink wrap film. We had no issue re-using our covers multiple times.
