If it came back to Winnipesaukee and then was to be resold, would the description be changed to "Fountain Lightning 42' performance 45 MPH speedboat"? 😉

Already sold! Right now, someone in Florida is probably enjoying a boat ride at speeds over 45mph without fear of the long arm spoiling their fun. |

Say ....... and, correct me if I'm wrong ..... Lake Winnipesaukee has no speed limit for driving across the frozen, lake ice surface in a snowmobile, and maybe in a motor vehicle like a 1962 Ford Falcon with studded ice tires.

Nobody's commented the model name is "Executioner"? Perhaps derived from a long line of ocean-racer executioners...: http://www.miamiherald.com/latest-ne...le1932705.html >

If it doesn't have a totally loud and obnoxious exhaust sound going on...... then, fuh-get-about-it!

Speed boats
My neighbor had a Skater until the speed limit came into effect. Now he disguised himself in a 100 mph tritoon! Problem solved!

Two different boats
Two different boats. Look at the purple highlights on the hull. Similar in placement, but to my eye, different in area coverage.

Wait, wasn't that the "Fountain of Youth" and it was YELLOW?
I got a ride on that boat with Chet when I was in HS :-)

There are many people out there, that by a boat, at a lower price, do work to it and then sell it for more.... As a buyer you have to be aware, of what was done and have confidence to know what it was done correctly, to know if your getting a good deal... I have seen several boats, get overhauled and jump up in value. And when it is done correctly, it adds good value to the boat. What you have to be aware of is that some people, fix up the finishes but not the guts... thus even though a boat has good power and looks nice, if you really look you find that stringers and the transom are in need of repair......

CASH FLOW and fountain of youth are two different boats. These two pictures of CASH FLOW are definitely the same boat. Franks wife designed the graphics. When Frank had the boat built, he had the name CASH FLOW and the the colored shapes inlaid under the gel coat. All of that purple is probably a sticker over Franks custom built design that can not be removed. Also, this boat is a 42’ executioner not a lightning. So its funny thing back about cash flow being on the lake. We pulled up in our 18' bayliner and poped out our 6 gallon tank, at Texler's gas dock, while cash flow was letting the gas flow into her....
No surprise we got our 6 gallons, and where back in the boat, while the pump was still going on cash flow... That's when the owner looked at us, and asked, how long does that tank last... we told him 6 to 8 hours depending on what we are doing.... The reaction, was a face palm to the head, and the following: "That great, I will be back before the end of the day, to do this again" I think back to that day, when I get the itch to get a big performance boat.....affording the boat is one thing, affording the gas bill is another...

And, gasoline weighs 6-lbs/gal so a six gal, red plastic portable tank, weighs in at about 35-38-lbs. Docking the boat at the Meredith town docks and carrying the tank back and forth from that Meredith Mobil is somewhat(?) doable, plus they got a clean bathroom that always has great hot water and soap in the sink to help lose the gasoline smell from your hands. ..... A gallon of water weighs 8.4-lbs, in case you was wondering.

I don’t think that’s the same boat. I saw it docked in Fort Lauderdale a few years ago, still had the name on the side.

fltsimguym, if you enlarge the FB post, in picture you can see the outline of the Cash Flow decal. Wonder how it ended up in Claremont?
That's around the price of just a used Myco 3 axle - assuming the trailer is decent. |
