Ice 2021
Should see some ice this week? Wonder how thick it will get out in the Broads?

Thank you. I have been following the discussion you linked me to. I was also hoping for actual measurements from fishermen out on the ice. I have been fishing the small lakes but the larger lakes all have open water from the wind. I am using another lake close to me as a model giving me some idea of the ice on Winnipesaukee. Not sure how well this will work. I think from the discussion Winnipesaukee has frozen over as my model also did Saturday night. Again I would rather have actuals but that does not seem possible.

Ice thickness
Meredith bay is currently at ~ 10" of ice. I seen three trucks out on the bay last weekend. Not me, but it is safe to walk or drive a sled on as long as you keep your distance from the dock aquatherm blowers. They erode the ice way out further than you can see.
