NBC Sports Boston’s website is playing the remaining Celtic games on NBAY2K and posting the resulting box score and “story” on their web app, “My Teams”. Sad that I’m driven to this to get my sports fix. Now I’m starting to wish they’d do it with hockey. So saaad!

Sheltering at home with my wife and making trips to the store for necessities.
Also patronizing the local Irish Pub (Kathleen’s Irish Pub in Bristol) with a take-out New England boiled dinner later this afternoon! 🍀🍀🍀 |

I'm working from home (by which I mean, came up to the lake with my husband, also working from home) and watching the ice melt. We brought our Apple TV so we can watch shows, and I brought a stack of books and cross stitch.
My work advised me to plan for 6-8 weeks of remote work, so if that holds true I look forward to kayaking and some lesser known hikes where I never run into anyone. |

Right now for my sanity, the only store I hope doesn't close beside the essential stores, is Home Depot.

In Meredith you got to check out that Middleton Lumber Yard way down the south end of Main St. They have a new huge store, stocked up big, with great stuff and decent prices ..... including access to aluminum docks and dock items that get delivered to Meredith.

Lucky to retire to the Lakes Region.
Still work from home, e-conferenceing, virtual office setting is a godsend. Lots of volunteer activities, commissioner for NH Deaf and Hard of Hearing, member of Deaf Interpreter License Board, volunteer for NH Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. Various non profit board of directors. Lots of great services! Plenty of physical activities! Walking, hiking, skiing, (water and snow), boating, kayaking, snowshoeing etc. RVing locally, but soon nationally and possible Canada as well! Life has been good!

Yesterday afternoon was shopping at Ocean State Job Lot in Meredith and the entire store had like just two customers inside. For just 7.99 I got a very nice, large wind chime that you hang outdoors, and it gongs beautiful soothing mellow chimes that are warranted to keep the coronavirus away from you and your home.
G-g-g-gong-gong-gong ......... g-g-g-goodbye goodbye bye-bye corona virus! The virus ....... it get gonged away from the big lake! ...... ![]() The answer my friend is gonging in the wind ... 32 years before I was born, both of my grandparents, ages 28 & 30, my 4-year old dad's parents, died in December 1918, in Boston, in the world wide flu pandemic of 1918-1919 ...... so's I think of them now when I hear this wind chime gonging.
