in speaking with Fish and game this weekend during pond hockey, who were testing the ice multiple times a day, it is variable thickness 8-14 inches depending on where you were, and it could vary in a little at 15 feet in any direction

needed to clarify - this was strictly in Meredith Bay

6" or less all around Ellacoya State Park and it's not good ice! Will probably see some open water in the broads after today's warmup...
