Perhaps you should have lifted their ineffective anchor and set their boat adrift toward the deeper water...no excuse for partying while your boat is unattended and unstable. Or get some really sticky stickers and slap one on their boat somewhere obvious saying “ANCHORING BASICS...LEARN THEM!”
