Wise Owl - docking?

Just curious, has the dock issues been resolved with the Wise Owl restaurant. Use to go over there by boat.

In a word: No. And from the last I heard from a friend who is a neighbor, but not involved in the battle, it appears that it is over, and they will not have one. Sad. Lots of memories from years gone by.
