My great grandfather built his cottage on Winni for a total cost of about $1,000. It's worth a million today. If you are feeling poor, just think about the appreciation you will get in 125 years.

"Lake House" is perfectly fine.

Other terms I've heard:
  • Cottage
  • Camp
  • Cabin
  • Money Sucking Dwelling near the Water

But most importantly 'Mine'!
