Everyone thinks if you live in Wolfeboro, you are rich. So enjoy the notoriety even though 90% of the town looks pretty much like the rest of NH and a few streets rival Farmington and other garden spots.

My great grandfather built his cottage on Winni for a total cost of about $1,000. It's worth a million today. If you are feeling poor, just think about the appreciation you will get in 125 years.
