Found floating between Rattlesnake and Barndoor Islands.

Around 8 in the morning, I discovered 4 dock bumpers float outside of the Weirs channel on the Lake side. They were very oily and dirty. I quickly round them up and left them at the public docks. I don't want them contaminating my boat! In their condition I assume they may have falling off a work barge.
