Remember the 1987 Dow crash, it was foreshadowed by a tumble in oil price that ensued in the wake of disputes within OPEC - which had come to a head in the previous year.

You have this right , prices have fallen to the point it is costing a good number of jobs and causing our drilling to come to a standstill . Our oil independence is being setback years by this cheap oil opportunity
