Delighted to hear this good news.
Scott and his team have done a great job with the Canoe and 'O' for several years now and Wolfeboro is dying for another choice.
I believe they will be leasing the restaurant & barn portion of the property while the owner continues to run the Inn/rooms.
While it is not downtown, they will do great hear. It has parking, nice property and is only a short walk or drive from town.
Like Center Harbor with the Canoe, I would imagine they will do a free shuttle during the busy times from downtown...
Looking forward to a good new dining option in town.

Lake View Inn is 7 miles to Railroad St in Wolfeboro. It's almost in Brookfield.
