Found Kayak Paddle

If I lost my kayak paddle I don't think I could tell you what it looks like. Or my oars ---- does anybody use a rowboat anymore? I can't tell you when I last saw somebody rowing a boat.

Person wrote some info on the handle....the important info however such as their phone number is not there.
