Yeah, got that but I was going back to your OP about Hanover increasing your premium and what was the reason. The exact same thing happened to many of my fellow islanders over on Sebago this past season. In some cases the premium doubled for no reason and they had to look elsewhere.

They indicated that they had it rated wrong. They had it rated as a mainland property which would be easier to insure due to availability of public services such as fire and police. Typically if an island property catches fire, by the time the fire department arrives they better bring marshmallows instead of hoses.
