What's going in between Ossipee Mt Electronics and The North End?

There's a newly cleared lot with a brand new building...looks like a business of some sort. What is going in there? Auto repair?

The shrubbery place across from DD in M'boro is having a landlord dispute, and has bought that property to move in to.

It will be more visible from that new location....I always mean to stop at it at it's current location but I miss it and drive by all the time.....I think the same company owns that place right at the 93/104 "junction"... kind of across from Rossi's.

I heard that the retail store will remain in the same place. The new building will be used to store equipment
