Moultonboro Snowmobile Club Membership Renewal Information

Have you gotten your 2012-2013 Moultonboro Snowmobile Club Renewal Application? They were mailed out on September 6th. If you do not receive yours within the next 2 weeks please e-mail me at winnocturn@roadrunner.com and I can Mail or E-mail you an Application.

Applications are also available on our Website at this time.

When filling out the application please write as legible as possible, especially on your E-mail Address.

We have an additional item that is available for purchase this season; Our Club Decal will be available again ($1.00). If you purchase it as part of your renewal application you can save the $1.00 Shipping fee. Also if you purchase one of our New Trail Maps at the same time there is no shipping fee.

We will be starting Saturday Trail Work Parties by Saturday the 15th. We meet at 8:30 at the Club Garage.

We will be announcing our Season Social Meeting schedule soon. Check the Club website, www.moultonborosmc.org for up-to-date information.

I got my membeship renewal last week. I purchased the map last year and never received it.

Ended up not needing it because of the lack of snow, but still.

HomeWood and to all that ordered our "NEW" Trail maps, there were some unforeseen problems that were not anticipated. I have been assured I will have them by early October. Cheryl and I will make it a priority to see that everyone that ordered Maps last season will receive them ASAP.

Sounds great, George. I will throw some extra in with my membership even though I won't need to order another map (it sounds like). I know how hard you all work.

I'm only up for barely 2 weeks every February, but I'd like the chance to groom the trails. I feel bad that I am never there for any trail work.

Homewood, I do apologize for the delays in getting the maps done. I wrote a lot about it in the newsletters last year, but the short story is that we had the map done and ready to print but the background map was just off (fuzzy). We determined that we needed to find a new background (easier said than done) but we are almost there.

PM me when you are up (or email or call me, my contact info is on the website for the club http://moultonborosmc.org) and I will take you out grooming. As long as you are a club member and sign a volunteer form, you are good to go.
