Sunset August 4th, 2012

This was a rather pretty sunset!! Taken from the Tuftonborough side of the broads.

We enjoyed the sunset too last night but from Long Island Beach. Awesome! Thanks for taking and sharing the pic.

Nice to see you too! How was your catch? We fished for about 3 hours and ended up boating 4 salmon (3 keepers and one shorty) and one small laker about 17". Nothing like last Saturday but we had fun! Beautiful sunrise!!

we did quite well up until about 8 o'clock. they shut right down after that. i lost count actually.. we were hammerin em pretty good there for a while. almost had a triple at one point. no sooner did i net the 2nd fish, a 3rd rod fired. white perch fly was the hot ticket. i'd say about a dozen or so fish. mostly 18-20" salmon, but we got a small bow, smallmouth, and a huge white perch mixed in. awesome day though fish wise. i think we left at about 930, the fish quit biting and it was gettin pretty hot.
