Beans & Greens Corn

Today's Beans and Greens corn was very good and clearly a new crop, much better than the prior two weeks.

I do wish that they would bring back the Silver Queen as an option. It is much better than the usual fare but only if it just picked. I do have some growing in the garden, looks like another two weeks. Then after the water is boiling, pick and shuck a few ears and into the pot.
