Whether she was drunk or not, Blizzard should be sued, and sued hard, for her negligence.
Maybe hard enough to collect all the available insurance, then start cleaning her out of her personal / family assets.
Reduce her from "rich girl" to "poor girl."
Just sic some sharp lawyers on her.
