I agree....Congress will never agree to term limits for themselves.
My point is that we, as citizens, can impose term limits by NOT voting for ANY imcumbent who is seeking a 3rd term.
This would go a loooonnnnggggg ways to eliminating the Good Ol' Boys Clubs in Washington and all the way down to the local level.
If they don't want to do it, we will do it for them!
