Arrow 37th Annual Lee's Mills Steamboat Rally

Glad you asked xltRod, I was going to post a reminder tonight!

September 11th – 20th, 2009

The 37th Annual
Lee’s Mills Steamboat Rally

The town of Moultonborough is sponsoring the largest and longest meet in the world for steam launches.

Each Sunday features a parade!
September 13th parade starts at about 2:00 pm
going out into Moultonborough Bay
September 20th parade starts at about 10:00 am
going out into Green's Basin

Hosted by Dave Thompson, the rally showcases 55 to 60 operating steamboats with several steam models on display.
Contact Dave Thorpe at DThorpe@Metrocast.net for more details.

The parades are the best. If you have never seen one , you should at least put it on your bucket list.

The parade will be next Sunday ( the 20th) at around 10:00am in Green's Basin. The boats will travel around the Lee's Mills/ Green Basin area all this coming week. The parade goes right by my house so I get to enjoy it every September.
