www.practice-room.com in Meredith in the old Harley Davidson building, just up the street from the Case n' Keg and close to Meredith Marina which has two different one hour zumba classes scheduled weekly:
Monday: 9 - 10am
Thursday: 11 - 12 noon
Wear work out clothes such as shorts & a tee shirt, light weight sneakers, and get ready to get all hot and sweaty! Bring a bottle of water. It's a fast, one hour of latin dance step repetitions and is very different than a one hour yoga class!
