Alton Bay. This is one of the few old inns that I had the pleasure of visiting. I had dinner here twice in the late 80s(?) (before it burnt down) and had cocktails on the porch in the rocking chairs. The left half of the porch was screened in at the time. The last time we went there we were given a tour by the new owner including the movie theater in the back wing. This card differs from the others posted on this site (4) in that it has the glider swing to the left of the photo and stairs to the far right of the photo. http://www.winnipesaukee.com/photopo...&nocache=1
