...majestically sits on Belknap Point Road in Gilford between Ellacoya and Belknap Point...home to Lincoln Park. The postcard is an undivided back made between 1901-1907. The home is five stories tall with a two story arched stone foundation. The top foundation floor features a porch along the front length of the house. The third floor tops it with a wooden porch. Note that the boathouse mimics the dormers on the main cottage. Photo Credit: Rattlesnake Gal
P.S. - In the enlarged version of the postcard one notes 2 white staircases descending from the stone "piazza" and the presence of the old Lakeshore Railroad Line in the foreground.
