It appears that Marine Services Director Barrett is aboard (dark Grey shirt) with some other people cruising around the lake. 6/25/05 This was taken near the Baer Estate.

When I last saw this boat—on The Broads in 2007—it was loaded with a dozen "Suits" and going at "top mush speed". Each was wearing a bright orange PFD—when it was I who had to deal with the wake!
