Thumbs up Mount to host farm-to-table dinner cruise!

Short article HERE in today's on-line Citizen detailing an upcoming dinner cruise on the Mount featuring authentic New Hampshire farm produce....sounds delicious!

Don't mean to be critical,Skip......but how can it sound "delicious" when they didn't even list the menu.. ?

No offense taken....

I am a huge fan of virtually anything local grown....vegetable, fruit, meats etc.

Since this is the showcase of this particular cruise, for me I am sure no matter the presentation it will most likely be delicious!

Anyway, if the reader would like more information on the New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection, just click HERE!

I'm with ya' there............love local veggies. What a difference over the commercial stuff which is mostly picked green and ripened in the warehouse. We grill, bake and steam veggies all summer.Even do some in the smoker......yum !

We went to a similar locally-grown dinner at the Sanbornton Historical Society last weekend (the chef was the President of the NH Farm to Restaurant organization), and it was AMAZING food. At $59 per person, the Mount dinner is a little too much for us, but we would really like to go. I hope someone posts a report when the cruise is over!
