Default Burger King Activity

I noticed that there has been recent construction activity at the site of the old Laconia Burger King. Does anybody know what is going in there?

Check the old thread. I'm surprised you live in Laconia and missed it.
Watermark bought the site and is opening a new store there as well as it being a location on the lake for all of their equipment.

Default Looks like it's going to be another Bank

Went by today and saw a sign for a bank going in there and renovations are underway.

No bank! As above, Watermark, that another posted.
The bank sign is very misleading, but it's their way of advertising; apparently funding the loan!
