Default Weirs Beach - The 1848 Inn & Resort

I purchased the 1848 Inn http://www.1848inn.com back in October and despite a shaky economy I am investing to improve and modernize the historic Inn. The 1848 is located directly across from the Kellerhaus (within walking distance to Weirs Beach). Also, for the first time in 30 years... the 1848 will be open during the winter (opening 1/13/2012) with hopes of providing very affordable accomodations for those visiting to ski, attend pond-hocky, snowmobile, attend sled-dog races, ice-fish, etc.,.

Best of Luck, it is a nice little spot, a bunch of times, I though wouldn't that be cool to have an extended family compound for the summer
but then I came to my senses, I have the lake place to run away from them all LOL

Good for you, I wish you the best.

If I could offer my .02, on your website it may be informative to the snowmwbiling community if you mention any trails in the area or direct lake access, that can be reached from your property without trailering the machines(also ice fishing, ect..). Are there any places close by to eat that one can snowmowbile to, if thats even allowed?

Sorry if the info is there and I wasn't thorough enough, I took a quick look.
Very Nice.
