Baypoint www.millfalls.com. Great view right down the bay and IMO the best of the CM restaurants in Meredith

Belknap Point View
I took this picture at the Belknap Point Motel from an upper level room balcony. The upper level rooms have better views that the lakeside rooms, but all views are good.

My wife and I stayed at the Belknap back in 2000 our boat before we were able to get a boat slip at West Alton Marina. Those were the days when slips were hard to come by.
We stayed in the lower section closest to the lake. A nice place to stay if you want to be on the lake with great views. |

Church Landing
We have stayed at Church Landing (another of the Inns at Mill Falls) 4 times and absolutely love it. All of the rooms are lake view and the restaurant there is also very good.
Happy Anniversary!

I've stayed at both Millfalls and Belknap Point and have found both to be very good. For an anniversary I would pick Baypoint if you don't mind spending the extra $$$. You can then walk around Meredith to all the shops and have access to many good restaurants. I found the view from both to be excellent. Belknap Point is somewhat older and could use some upgrades, but is a good value for the price.

Bay Point or Church Landing in Meredith. Great views, walking distance to nice shops and great restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a little expensive, but go to their web site and check out the "Innsider Newsletter". There's always a special for each month. For October, there is a special rate for Sunday/ Monday.

If your looking for VIEWS of the lake, you cannot compare Belknap Motel's view to Bay Point or Church landing, Belknap Point Motel has a FAR nicer View of the Lake and Mountains. If your looking for somethin closer to a town either one of the previously mentioned hotels should be your choice. I believe the two in meredith would be extremely more expensive. Shop and compare, untimately it is your decision what type of relaxation your looking for.
