Couple of property/location questions....

First property that I pass everyday is at the split of RT 109 and 109A. Melvin Village. There is an old farm house on the hair pin corner, that looks to have been empty for a long time. What is the story. I am always curious to find out the history of lold homesteads.

Second is on 11 In Guilford (?). There is a new place that went up a while ago. It is yellow and looks like a kind of mini mall. Been empty for a long time. This is on the hairpin turn near the 11/11A split.
Chambers paving just black topped the drive and I was wondering what was going in there.
