Default Travel Channel

Last night on the Travel Channel they had an hour show entitled "Fall in New England". Had some great views of the fall foliage throughout the region. The last 5 minutes of the show was a piece on Hart's Turkey Farm. Showed the kitchen, chefs and Russ Hart. Only one problem - they spelled Meredith wrong. "Meridith". Was really disappointed they couldn't spell it right and was also disappointed they didn't mention or show the lake. Oh well, great advertisement for Hart's in "Meridith, NH"!!

They deserve the attention. 50 years is such a big deal in the restaurant business.

I went to Hart's Sat night, and it was great! At the end of BBQ season, nothing is better than turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and pie.

Unfortunately, I have yet to have an enjoyable meal there. I'm not giving up yet, though!!

As crazy as this sounds, my son and I love their fried haddock! I never feel well after eating turkey. Maybe it is an allergy to tryptophan? Isn’t that what makes you sleepy?

Tryptophan will do it everytime! Friends of mine swear by the prime rib at Hart's. Seems like between the turkey, haddock, and prime rib they are doing a great job.
