After a bit more research...
I think this lady Joanne and some goat farmer may have the answer... and it sounds delicious.

I can’t hold it in much longer!
I can’t hold out much longer!
I’ve spent a lot of time and many awWEIRS resisting the urge to contribute to this topic. It’s been building up and I can not restrain myself. "Weirs the cheese?" It’s bound to be found and must be someWEIR. Cutting board sounds or other evidence could help. Maybe we could track it like bloodhounds, the olfactory way. As soon as they cut the cheese WEIR on the scent. We’ll be ah-WEIR even if they cut the cheese silently. The longer the cheese is missing the more likely it is to become spoiled. If ingested someone could get a SowWEIR stomach and maybe dire-WEIR (or is it spelled dia-WEIR?). There will beano doubt that I’ll listen with my two-WEIRS for any clues to it’s WEIRabouts adding to the potential of us hearing about or sniffing out the location. I’m relieved to finally get this out of my system in public but now I’m kind of embarrassed and feel like cow-WEIR-ing in a corner. P.S. Interesting first post from newcomer Reilly

Time to get to the bottom of this...
Thinking that maybe, just maybe, You Tube had an answer.
Three possible answers. I say we vote on a winner.
