Who cares how many posts...
For me, it is the quality of the post, and not the quantity. Nice comments made by long time members of this Forum, who for whatever reasons have chosen not to post hundreds of times on the Forum. Not for me to judge why, just whether I understand their position on their post.
Thanks for posting.

My 2 Cents
I've been going to Patrick's off and on for 6 years. It's a pub so not everything is perfect. I do love their prime ribs, their soups and stews are great. Service for me has always been pretty good.
I had lunch at Crush on Thursday: Had to try a few things so I made a pig of myself: Chili Dog, French Fries, Hamburger, Onion Rings, and a Ruby Red Crush. My review: not bad. The Ruby Red was refreshing, the chili dog was very good. The burger was a bit overwhelmed by the massive (but tasty) bun. Onion Rings and Fries good but basic. It was a late lunch, after 1pm and there were not too many people around. The bartender was nice. My order was taken promptly, but it took a little longer than I would have expected to bring the food. Not ridiculously long, though. I liked Crush. I'm sure I'll go back. Is it better than Patrick's? Too early to tell for me. It's different and that's good. I'll probably bounce back and forth between them depending on my mood. I am glad Crush is there as an option. |

I certainly don't work for juniors. We stay at silver sands one week every summer. We live in newton , ma.
I thought the food was good , but I was a little disappointed in my drink , that's all. |

Attempted to go.
We were out with the kids and not by boat so we figured we would try it. We got there at 5:30 and wanted something light and the sandwich menu looked good. When we were about to be seated we asked how the shrimp poboy was, we were told that the samdwiches are not offered after 5:00 unless seated in the bar area. We said ok, we would like to sit in there, the answer was that the high tops in the bar but that the were only two so if we had four, the sandwiches were not an option.
Not wanting a full meal, we left. Maybe we will go again but we tried weathervane at weirs and we got the seafood fix we wanted and a $5 margarita, ill go back there. |
