Boat trailer titles
Ask the Town Clerk of the Town in which the trailer is registered.

As far as I know trailer titles in NH are not required. I recently registered a boat trailer that I had just bought with just the bill of sale. It was a 1970 Tee Nee and still had a serial number that could be read.
Now if there is no serial number or you can no longer read the one on the trailer you would need to get one assigned. Local police can help you there.
