Photographer For A Wedding?
Does anyone know of a good photographer for a wedding? We're more interested in candid shots rather than the whole formal "sit down" thing.
Lake Winni Boater, we had a meeting with your photographer, and while her books were breathtaking, we were looking for something a little less expensive. By the way, your pics came out great!! Thanks, once again, in advance. Jk

Try Tammy Byron Photography, 603-431-2296 or www.tammybyron.com. She did ours and we were very happy. I know her personally, beyond the photography business and she is wonderful.

another thought
In addition to having a professional photographer come...there is another way to get some nice candid shots.... I have been to several weddings where at each table there is a disposible camera. The people at the table take the pictures, and quite often you get some really nice shots. The down side to this is that developing does add up. But sometimes you get that one in a million shot...I was even at a wedding where the pro photographer had equipment issues so he didn't get any shots at the reception (luckily he got all the important pictures before hand)...luckily these extra cameras where in place and the nice photographer developed them for the couple...
This method however is only ment to suppliment a professional.....because I was at another wedding where some kids got the cameras and well......there where lot of nice shots of people feet and the ceilings......

Thanks For Those Suggestions...
I've heard of the additional cameras on the table and we decided to do the same thing.
It may be a lot to have them developed but it get the guests involved more and makes them feel like part of the celebration. And every once in a while a great shot does happen.

Richard Shetler Photography
Dick Shetler (Shetler Photography) did our wedding at the Margate. He is located in downtown Laconia. He is the best. He was on the dance floor with his camera. Not in the way at all but got all of the real shots. He recently did my cousin's wedding and the results were the same. You will not be disappointed! Dick and Sharon are A+ people. Tell him the Tilton's sent you.
