zuma sailboat
Included with my home purchase a few years back was a Zuma sailboat. It has been been stored under a deck for years covered in dirt and pine needles. I finally dug it out and gave it a good cleaning and am trying to figure out what I need to get her back on the water. I found the mast and sail but it looks like I need a rudder and keel. I think thats what its called as I know nothing about sailing. Does anyone know anything about these boats? Are they still made? Is there a local dealer? I could not find the website for Zuma but maybe they are made by another company?
If I do get it all together is there a local company who could give my kids a few lessons? |

There's a guy on craigslist located in Mashpee, Ma, who has a small used sailboat business who has lots and lots of used sailboat parts for small sailboats. Just go to cape cod craigslist, and search for Mashpee sailboat and it should come right up. It's like a graveyard for the last 45-years of fiberglass dinghies, and you be surprised what you can dig up.
