Granite counter remnants?
We're adding cabinets to either side of our stove, and would like to get some granite counter tops for them. I really doubt we'd be able to match the existing counters, and because these are on the other side of the room, they don't really have to. Since these would be fairly small (2x2, 2x3) I was wondering if we could get remnants somewhere.
Anybody know where they sell remnants? Last edited by patman; 03-18-2012 at 03:29 PM. |

Granite remnants
My suggestion would be this place as we have done business with them twice now and have been exceptionally happy with their way of doing business and they are very helpful. They have many more than they list on their web site. I purchased and took it to my own granite person to do the work for me. Good luck and at least give them a call you can't go wrong.

In the process of getting a bathroom counter done from a remnant. Look up RE Marble and Granite in NH. They have a TON on remnants in their yard.

Stone Creations
We have used Stone Creations for two projects and are very happy.
The Granite Yard may be what you are looking for. They are in Northwood. http://thegraniteyardnh.com/ |

It should be easy to determine the name of the stone you have, post a pic and someone may recognize it. All have specific names that are universal, not named by each specific retailer. If you get the name, within a few calls I am sure you can get the one you need.
I believe winnisquam wood products does a lot of the granite work for home depot. They did my laundry room in corian. We have also used Ron at coastal marble and granite on multiple jobs. Ariens in Greenland has a lot of scraps outside as well. |

We used RE in Temple for a larger job in our kitchen (also VERY good) but I'm thinking that Belisle is more focused on the remnant business. |

Stone Creations
I also have had Stone Creations in Northwood install granite countertops.
They did my kitchen and also a multi-level wet bar. Excellent work and friendly, knowledgeable service. |
