Default Marina Sales @Goodhue Hawkins

Goodhue Hawkins recently began selling its slips to the public, as condos. The prices start around $80,000, I believe, and head up from there. The facilities, location and the staff are top shelf. What do folks on the forum think, is now the time to dive in and buy a slip? The numbers don't seem to work, but they could be worse in the future. After all, there are only so many slips on the lake.
