a little dab will do ya' . . .
A year ago, I got some at Wal-mart . . . over in the crafts section. Some hardware stores might have them as well. I have also used makeup sponges which can be thrown away (just practice first to see if they give the effect you are looking for). Good luck! Stenciling is lots of fun.
