Default Condo Development on Union Wharf Rd

Does anybody know what's planned on Union Wharf Rd? I've heard it's right behind me(19 Mile Bay Lodges). Someone said that the town of
Tuftonboro approved plans for 60 condos on the right side and further across from John Halls prop. another 30.

Certainly am curious. Noticed in the latest Granite State News that there was a large sale of land on Union Wharf Rd. and assumed it was the large parcel across from the farm that had for sale signs this summer and fall.
Next up will probably be permission to expand the dock system nearby the store to accommodate all condo owners.

Forgot to add, it was bought by CJ Winny LLC; sold by Raymond E. Bellemeur, Jr.; went for $575K and was listed as land only.

I'm still hoping for a good old fashion recession to slow projects down!
