Good breeze from NW but not horrible. Some scattered whitecaps on the Broads down here on the southern end of the Lake. Clouds and sun. Seen a few boats splashing by.

A bit windy here in Hanson Cove, but very pretty! Blue skies and poofy white clouds.

It's crazy windy right now on Welch! Easy 3' rollers out there crashing up on shore!

No boating today for me!

Dan

Default Much Worse Now

As of 4:30 the wind continued to blow from the north. At least 4' and more down this a'way. Even the Fire Patrol boat was struggling a bit just before. Stay put if you don't have a very large boat.

The wind was wicked today on the Broads. The few boats we saw go by were having a hard time with the big waves out there.

Nothing like a strong northwest wind following a cold front to remind everyone that the lake decides if it's a good day for us to take a boat ride...
