Boat Accident at the Weirs
About 5PM today I was driving towards the Weirs. There were three MP boat and two Sea Tow boats. I saw what appeared to be two feet of the bow of a boat pointing straight up in the water. A guy at the gas dock said he thought it was a single boat that got swamped. Does anyone have more info?

Sunken Boat at light #1
I was told that the boat was overloaded. Because of that, they took on water in all that famous cross-chop the Weirs tends to offer. All were taken aboard uninjured, and boat was recovered by Sea-Tow.

The boat was brought into Fay's Boat Yard. I was told that there were 6 people in it and it was a rather small boat. Also it had a rather large outboard for a small boat.
