Question Meredith Construction/Demolition?

Does anyone know what's going on with any of these:

They just tore down the old Pemi Glass building.
There's a new sign by Blue Water Realty on the property where the old used book store used to be (it would be such a shame to lose that old barn).
They just tore down the building where Dockside Florist used to be.

I don't believe one has anything to do with the other. I was just curious if there are any plans for their re-development. (I'm not sure if Alex Ray can fit another Common Man in somewhere)

There is another construction site across Rt 3 from Harts. I believe there was a home there that was demoed.

The building that was at Dockside Florist was jacked up and moved.

I noticed the last of Pemi Glass being cleaned up yesterday.

I asked about the now leveled Dockside lot at the Mobil Gas next door, and was told a commercial building with probably food or retail on the first level and offices upstairs is what's planned.

Default Building in Meredith

Who is doing building where Dockside used to be? The owner? That is Scott Robertson Builders - I think. Did Rusty McLear buy it?? He owns the gas station and so many other places, after all.

The building going in across from Hart's is new LRGH clinic, by the round-a-about with Bean Group sign - I have no idea

I heard from a reliable source, that the land where Pemi Glass used to be is presently under agreement, and the company I heard was going there is ----------- drum roll please--------- NORTHWAY BANK.

Northway has branches in Laconia, Franklin, Plymouth (2), Ashland & Campton, plus a number of other towns in north & central NH, so it makes plenty sense they want to be in Meredith.

Just across Rt 3, the former home of The Practice Room has been vacant since August. Wonder what's not happening now with that empty commercial building?
