Lakeshore Landing???

Has anyone noticed the "Lakeshore Landing" sign in the building across from the Patrick's parking lot. Does anyone know what it is going to be?

Have not seen it ...... have no clue .....is the retail space big enough and suitable to be a showroom for big, expensive motor boats? Is this the big showroom commercial store front that used to be Shep Brown's-2 ?
