Default Things appear slow........

We were up in Wolfeboro for the week last week. The uncooperative weather may have had a bearing on it but I thought things were quite slow around town. Usually when we have gone to the Wolfetrap it is crowded, and we were one of only two tables being waited on there one night. Kind of saw the same thing at JoGreens one night. Friday night and Saturday night we had no problem getting a spot at the Wolfeboro Town Docks. On the two trips we made to Meredith by boat there was hardly any one out there and Guiseppe's was kind of quiet both time around noon when compared to prior years. The only other comment is that we were in jeans and sweatshirts for most of the week, which is the first time we have done so in about 20 years there-who would have thought the high was 61 degrees on a couple of days in the first week of August-it is still my favorite place in the world, despite all of that...............better luck next year!
