B Mae’s Resort Inn rehab?
Does anyone on the Forum know what's going on with the B Mae’s Resort rehab?
Rehab is underway on the old colonial building at the corner of Rt 11/11B. Is there a new owner for that specific building on the property ? What will the business be ? Thanks! |

The bottom floor is a dock company. I heard that the rest of the building was going to be apartments.

From my understanding . . .
the Beetles now own it. Not sure what they're doing to the upstairs but they've been working on it for a while and it sure does look better.

Not any more
Although it was owned by the Beetle's for 10 years it was sold in February of 2014 to the current owner: Dolphin Point Development. I believe there is a deed restriction preventing it from becoming a restaurant again.
