Default heading north...

well, got the motor home just about loaded..( would have been easier to put wheels under the house ) and plan on heading north to N. H. for three to six months...with a stop for a graduation in Ma.

Sure enjoy seeing those pictures of the loons dancing...I remember hearing them when I lived in Holderness...

Sure wish I had a boat...love to get out on the lake...now that would be a sight...the motor home towing a car, then the car towing a boat, then the boat towing a utility trailer ( with whats left in the house ) then towing whatever else I could think of...

My gas mileage would be on the minus side...lol..

Still looking for a couple of seasonal jobs....but fishing sounds great too...

Getting anxious to get going.....

I just heard the expected number of travelers to NH for the weekend. Great for businesses! I cannot leave work in Framingham until 4 PM tomorrow so I know I will be in the worst possible time to travel north. Thankfully it is a THREE day weekend!

Happy Memorial day to all who served and have been touched by a soldier.

Special call out to Emile Legere. KIA July 11, 1967.

Default Remembering why this is a holiday

My guy, cessnaair will be leaving the lake Saturday night to go back home to fire at the cemetary with the VFW Sunday morning and march with them on Monday's parade. He is a Vietnam vet and continues to volunteer for these activities.

So while we all enjoy the weekend, remember those who are not or can not.

And it was so nice and quiet at the NW side of the lake the last couple of weekends

HA! Just kidding. Glad to see summer back. Have fun all, and be safe out there!
