Composting Toilets?
We are looking into purchasing a composting toilet. There are many varieties available. I'd appreciate any feedback from those with experience in owning one - manufacturer, type (dry vs wet), rate of decomposition, maintenance, problems, etc would be very helpful information.
Thanks in advance, R and M |

Centrex 3000
The Centrex 3000 is pretty great. Much better than an incinerating toilet! Just say no!
Be sure to choose the correct toilet paper. Do the jar test, which is taking a few squares and putting into a container of water and doing five shakes or so. You will want the one that doesn't stay together in the test. Charman, for example, fails. Our neighbor had an Envirolet system while building and decided to go with the Centrex for the new house. |
