check out this series of photos showing a fairly large boat hit a wake (or wave) and rolling the operator right out of the boat...

That is a 51' Garrington- a big stable sport-fisherman. It was in Jupiter Florida, post Earl and it was a standing wave from reports. The skipper later died of his injuries.
