Is Alton going to have their winter carnival this year? If so, what are the dates for the event? Thanks

I have it in my calendar as February 14th ...... with no further details

Hope the Ice is in shape for the airport by then (time is growing short)

Alton Winter Carnival is the Saturday of President's Day weekend, which is always the 3rd Monday.
