Hey BH - just came across this post, did you ever get any info from Tony? I miss him and Bonnie, my husband and I were great friends with them for years but lost touch a few years ago.

Char-Grilled Prime Rib
No kidding it's delish, I think Tony Roux invented that years ago! Hubby and I have been to restaurants wanting prime rib grilled and it is so not as good as CI's is!
